Maintenance person

Randstad is recruiting for facilities maintenance, and caretaker roles to join a our clients team delivering essential estate and maintenance services on local Defence sites in the Wagga Wagga region.

We are looking for reliable people with a handy, practical mindset - whether you have a trade, landscaping, or Defence background.

What You'll Do

• Mowing, gardening, trimming, and storm clean-ups.

• Handyperson tasks, minor repairs, and general upkeep of training areas.

• Routine site inspections to ensure compliance, safety, and site security.

• Assist with local first fire response and safety protocols.

• Occasional travel to nearby regional sites (work vehicle provided).

What You'll Bring

• Experience in grounds work, facilities maintenance, or caretaker roles.

• Current Open Driver’s Licence (mandatory).

• Medium Rigid Truck Licence (highly desirable).

• Be available Monday to Friday 38hrs per week

• Must be an Australian Citizen with the ability to clear a Defence Security Clearance.
